About 30 min north of here lies the world famous Mt. Vernon tulip fields. Every year, people com from around the world to see these fields. They are amazing (God’s colors in bloom). So here are some pics from our visit to see them.

Imagine these pics, only fields and fields of them. Is there a God? Oh yeah, I know so.

  4. I love tulpins too.

But my most favorite flower is the lotus flower. Its funny, ‘cause I just read some interesting info on another blog about this flower. Check out the blog at http://www.beyondblossoms.com. There is one kind that opens its buds at night and closes them during the day and another one that retreats below the water at night and re-surfaces during the day.
