When I worked at Starbucks we did all of our coffee tastings with a French Press….and wow what a difference it makes. People don’t believe there is a difference but there is a substantial one. I used to lead people in a tasting where I would brew and french press the same type of coffee and then let them taste….and they were always amazed att how clean and vibrant the press would turn out.
