Last night, we took all the kids out for their first expeience with Pho. I’ll have to say it was the first time I’ve really enjoyed them when going out to eat. When they’re smaller, you have to lug so much stuff around just to go out. Then once you’re there, you’re constantly making sure they’re eating or not buringing the place down.

Well, yesterday marked a new season in the Delony family. We’ve finally begun to be able to just go out and just chill. It was a great time. The kids enjoyed trying new food and we really enjoyed the kids. It was all around great.

I was tucking Samuel (my 3 yr. old) into bed last night and he turns to me and says with great conviction and gruff:

“Daddy, I can fight any animal… as long as it’s a baby animal”

This weekend we had a bout of simultaneous puberty with our boys. It was the darnedest thing. One morning they woke up and were changed. It’s like living with Wookies. Hairy chests, aggression, deeper voices, disregard for authority… My only explanation is possibly the new Balco Barry Bonds gummy vitamins or it could simply be heredity (I blame the genes on my wife’s side of the family).

Either way, keep Sasquach and little Yedi in your prayers… we’ve already run out of razors and red meat. If this keeps up, I’ll have to ship them off to live with the Power Team.

Day 10 of my Road trip. I’m getting road fatigue. I can’t wait to get home and see my wife and kids. One more day. I can’t imagine how big my little princess is. This is one pic of home that keeps me going.

Today is Tristen Haley Delony’s first birthday! Our little Tink had her party last night and enjoyed her first piece of cake. It’s hard to believe that a year has already passed.
