That being said…

Here is a simple three step list of how to really piss Satan off. This list is by no means comprehensive, just a few pointers that can probably be expounded upon.

Step 1: Introduce secular, pagan, non-chuched teens to Jesus

Step 2: Nurture them in a wild walk after Him

And here’s the kicker…

Step 3: Teach them to worship, I mean really sing praises to the Lord

Do steps one through three, then sit back and watch all hell break loose. It’s actually quite comical. Since Saturday we’ve had such oppression and odd circumstances happening. Sleepless nights. Credit card fraud on the ministry gas card. People trying to break in to our office. It’s only just started. Someone kicked the hornet’s nest.

Now, I’m not telling anyone to go looking for a fight… just keep tracking with the Lord and the fight comes to you. Aide others in a journey towards freedom in Christ? Have fun and look out…

Ever think of it? With just the move of the letter “N” Santa becomes Satan. Mythologically they both embody the color red. Coincidence? I think not.

 And as I look over all that is Christmas this year, I see less and less of Christ. We should just go ahead and take his name out of the thing. We’ll call it Mas. In Spanish, ‘mas’ means MORE and that’s really what this season has become about. We want more! And more and more!

Here’s my idea, let’s chuck the whole idea of Christmas. It’s silly to devote only one day out of the year to think about Christ anyways. Let’s think of him every day! Think of what he’s done for us! Why can’t we feel a “joy of the season” all year long!

So when you see Santa this year and he’s saying “Ho, Ho, Ho!” Remember what Craig Gross says, “If Satan’s (or Santa) a Pimp, don’t be his Hoe, Hoe, Hoe!”

Authenticity. It’s a word that’s been hitting me for the past few months. So what does it mean to be authentic (or mainly an authentic Christian)?

 Hebrews 4:13 says that “nothing in all creation can hide from Him. Everything is naked and exposed before His eyes.”

So why are we incapable of being authentic? Fear of shame, embarrassment? Maybe.

I think it goes beyond that. Granted, Adam and Eve eating from the apple shattered true authenticity and lead to us all covering up. There’s a deeper message here. 1) Satan tempted Eve to eat the apple. Shame and distance (from God and man) resulted from it. So then I could say that 2) Satan uses our fear of intimacy to keep us from truly having fellowship with others. Isn’t that his paramount goal? Separate us from God and other believers? There’s safety in numbers and when we stray too far from the herd, we’re toast.  

So then, is true authenticity acutally true oneness (with God or others)?

Agree? Disagree?
