swine flu

Well, we had a good run at it. Fall passed and no Delony kids were sick. Then December was about done… then it hit. Oh, boy, did it hit.  Miriam’s got the Swine flu. Aida and Samuel have just the regular, plain ol’ flu (which is just as bad). James and Tristen are still holding out, but I think I’ll be the next to go (the symptoms are already starting…).

So I may not be posting much over the next couple of days… It ain’t easy being Mr. Mom.

I pride myself in being culturally relevant and this is no exception. I had swine flu before it ever became trendy. Yes, Mexico and New York are all followers. 

Last week I had a terrible flu (in bed for 3 days) and I had previously been around people that smell like pigs. 

So with that reasoning, I had the swine flu and survived. So take hope America, we can overcome this pending epidemic.
