Chruch is the place religious people go each week to get their fix of brainwashing to alleviate the guilt instilled by the previous brainwashings, except it isn’t really alleviated so much as re-instilled.
Church is a quest and by far the toughest thing I’ve ever done. If my parents hadn’t prayed that I would stay in church I might not be, probably not much. Sorry more than 5 words. GREAT QUESTION!
Two things:
1. Lay guy you need to hyphenate “like-minded” then you are within the desired 5 words.
2. I was at a dinner on the beach a few weeks ago and a co-worker said, “Sum the gospel up in one word.” I said,”Why? The Bible takes pages to sum it up. At the very least it takes a sentences.” Simultaneously, two others said they could sum it up. I said, “On the count of three, go.” They both said, words that were different. They both used right words but the my question was proven correct. Why try to sum up something so complex and beautiful into one word? Or in this case five words. Next thing you know, we’ll be giving poor missionaries a hard time for hanging out at a wedding.

The elect of God of all time.
Martino, way to make an assumption.
This is more of an exercise in perspective than a seminary paper written frantically at 2:30 in the morning.
For the record, I write most of my papers before 2:30, (although I have done a few).
My perspective is this shouldn’t be summed up! Ha.
