Yes, I’m standing by my friend who’s getting married to a Mormon, but don’t think I’m getting soft (because remember, they tired to kill me once…).
Here’s some Mormons getting schooled by a Southern Baptist preacher (and you DON’T mess with a Southern Baptist preacher). I laughed pretty hard on this one.

Thanks Joe for showing me this one.
That is one great video. Although, I have to say the Baptist dude showed heaps of pride on his side. Just sensitive to pride today as I listened to Driscoll on humility today on my podcast.
Entertaining! I wish I could be that articulate when approached by Mormons/Witnesses. Just speculating here, but I wonder if they would have approached him if he was dressed like he was on his way to Sunday service. Because you’re right, you DON’T mess with a Southern Baptist preacher!
Very entertaining.
Actually, I found this a little disturbing. The two Mormons were really patient even though they were ambushed, humiliated and bullied by the preacher. He shouted them down, ridiculed their belief and then walked away! I guarantee they left with a bitter taste in their mouth rather than having experienced the true love and conviction of Christ. No doubt it is good to challenge and question the beliefs of other faiths while standing on the truth of God’s word, but surely this should be done in a spirit of respect and understanding.
Still, I love the way you’re standing by your friend even given the disapproval of some Christians. Keep going Stuart!
Jon,
I totally see your point. You’re right. Thanks for adding your 2 cents!
Stuart
HA! HA! HA! I actually felt bad for those kids. HOWEVER! I wonder if that experience made them do some more research of what they are pushing…. Know your stuff, if you don’t then how can you encourage others to believe.
