		<description>I agree wholeheartedly, and I think the idea of going &quot;where they are&quot; is metaphorical, too.  We have to be willing to &quot;go where they are&quot; in our approach to worship, our approach to Christian education, in the way in which we develop youth as leaders in the Church.  We can&#039;t expect them to simply learn to function in a model designed to please and comfort adults.</description>
